Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you (the customer) have the right to a full refund if you believe the goods are faulty, not as described or do not do what they are supposed to.

Please notify me, within 14 days of receipt of your goods of your intention to return the item or items, by email to email@example.com . The goods will then need to be returned to me within 14 days of this notification.
Once the goods have been received I will issue you with a full refund of the price of the item plus delivery and return costs. The refund will be issued within 14 days and by the same method that your original payment was made.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of an item that has been damaged in transit. Email full details of the damage and photos to firstname.lastname@example.org as the information will need to be passed on to the courier company. I will discuss with you if the goods need to be returned to me or not and I will organise with you for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your email.
Change of Mind
For online sales, you have a right to change your mind and receive a refund if you notify me within 14 days of receipt of your goods. You must notify me by email at email@example.com
You will then have a further 14 days to return the item or items and I will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
